Hillman B2 is an independent agency which specializes in events and promotions. The agency was founded in 2008 by Christopher Bryant, after over 15 years of professional experience in every major aspect of event promotions including; account management, concept development, sales, logistics, as well as execution support of national mobile marketing tours.
We offer complete production service that includes developing and executing festivals, concerts, and other events for municipalities, agencies, and enterprises.
Including with traditional media, the average cost of a standard festival targeting 2,000 to 5,000 attendees is between $30,000 - $35,000. We require a minimum production budget of $25,000 for municipal festivals or concerts. Smaller scale events may be separately quoted.
Once we have an understanding of the demographics of the audience and the event’s purpose, Hillman B2 will suggest appropriate content, talent, and features. The over-arching goal is to ensure that desired objectives, data-points, and messaging of the event are effectively planned and delivered.
Band-booking is made easy with us. You may select one of our Affiliate Bands [See link in menu], or we will work to contract specific bands of your preference. Any suggested band will be relevant to the target demographics of your event.
We will locate and secure mobile staging with the necessary height and weight capacity, as well as trussing for lights and signage.
Hillman B2 will secure the required event insurance, with appropriate minimums, and inclusion of named-insured attachments, as applicable. If alcohol is being served or sold, we can also secure an alcohol liability insurance policy, as needed.
We will assist with presenting sponsorship and promotions opportunities to corporate and media prospects. Sponsorship support may include financial commitments as well as in-kind contributions.
We will help to mitigate cost factors by skillfully estimating, gathering quotes, and applying comprehensive research to ensure fair-market-value pricing for event services.
The marketing and promotions components will consist of an appropriate mix of traditional and new-media outlets.

Our social media strategy for events include: account integrations, content development, account specific widgets, and ad placement.
We will assist in controlling labor cost, as well as providing management, staffing and volunteer contacts for event execution.
