Trent Williams merges FAA Certified Unmaned Aircraft Systems training, his private pilot's license, and photography to deliver professional aerial imagery. His target clients include residential real estate agents, small businesses, and event production companies.
After communicating with Air Mind Photography (AMP) regarding drone services, if the client desires to confirm the service, a Scope of Work document will be developed and submitted to the client via email. The Scope of Work will detail the specific photography work and targets that will be fulfilled.
Once drone photography service has been agreed upon, and a date is requested by the client, a 50% deposit must be applied to confirm the date. The deposit is non-refundable, however, if there is a cancellation, the client may schedule an alternate service date, which cannot exceed 21 days from the original date. Clients can also reschedule their service date, with the same 21 days limitation, if the request is made via email or text no less than 48 hours prior to the original service date.
Onsite revisions or change requests will likely result in additional service fees. If additional fees are required, fifty percent of the fee must be digitally transmitted onsite prior to starting the new or adjusted task(s). The remaining 50% balance will be added to the original balance and payable before the content (images and/or video files) is released.
Generally speaking, it will take 2 business days after service completion to assemble client content. Once the content is prepared, the client will be notified. Upon paying the final balance, clients will receive a link to download a zip file containing the digital content. If accesing file from a mobile device, a zip file app may need to be sourced.
For the purposes of our drone operations, inclement weather is defined as rain, snow, ice conditions, or wind speeds above 20 mph. Considerations of Inclement weather are factored before a session as well as the probability of inclement weather during the session. Depending upon the assignment, wind that is slightly less than 20 mph still may not be conducive, particularly if the assignment requires close range and steady focus, such as equipment or tower inspections. If AMP cancels a photography session due to inclement weather, the rescheduled date of photography will be within 21 days of the original date.
An uncle introduced me to an aviation program at Fulton County Airport, as well the Robotics Club, sponsored by 100 Black Men of Atlanta. My devotion to become a certified and licensed drone operator, and a private pilot became a reality in 2018.
During his formative years of aeronautical interest, Trent has completed numerous training and certifications courses.
