Survivors as well as warriors against Lupus convened in July in College Park. GA for our Social Distance Walk Against Lupus. Even with intense heat, the experience was invigorating. The 2021 event is planned for March.
GLLF partners with professional sports arenas for in-game concessions management. Our team members and volunteers have had the pleasure of working with major events in various cities, including, Atlanta, Miami, Charlotte, Dallas, Birmingham, and many more!
As indicated by numerous testimonies throughout this website, GLLF is active, supportive and a devoted advocate for supporting Lupus patients, particularly during active medical procedures.
We also work with citizens that are required to fulfill court-mandated community service hours. There are several volunteers that started by judicial requirement, and continues to volunteer with us long after the obligation concludes.
Social-Distance Walk Against Lupus TestimonyIt was sizzling hot! Shade was nowhere in sight! Each step I took seemed like a step into a microwave. But it was all worth it because it was for an incredible cause. As my wife and I completed each of the 3 miles, we celebrated each friend we lost to Lupus... Can't wait to next year!
