Our digital showroom provides a comprehensive listing of equipment and lounge features. Our Venue Packages consist of preset configurations, however, for those who prefer customizing an order, there is an itemized listing below. Custom orders will be quoted, with prices comparable to preset Venue Packages.

BISTRO TABLES

Bistro tables include a 7 foot tall, tilt-function umbrella, with solar tea-lights. Table options include high-top 30” rounds with spandex linen, and three barstools. The umbrella is set inside a sturdy base and posted beside the high-top. Another option includes 60” rounds with linen, 6 to 8 lounge chairs. The umbrella is mounted through the center of the table.

THE BAR LOUNGE

Our custom bars are 100% solid wood. Versions include BAR SERVICE and BAR LOUNGE. Each bar has a handwashing sink with an integrated electric pump, 4-Gallon water supply, and a stainless-steel soap dispenser. Functionality and décor include upper and lower perimeter LED ambient lighting with color selection and fade control. The bars also include a convenient gas-pipe foot rest, bartender shelving, and a locking cabinet. The counter-top includes durable rubber bar mats, disposable coasters, plus a convenient caddie with napkins and stir sticks. Each bar comes with a 10x10 tent which is also inclusive of solar lighting. The Bar Service tent does not contain tables and chairs. The 10x10 Bar Lounge includes two high-top tables with six bar stools. A 20x20 version is also available. A 20-gallon rolling ice chest is included. Kiwi flooring is included on concrete or asphalt surfaces. Light EFX is complimentary with both bar versions. The bars pair perfectly with the Cigar Lounge.

THE CIGAR LOUNGE

The cigar lounge is the only authorized smoking area in a Society venue. This mood-setting atmosphere contains muted, elegant colors, which includes chocolate linen with gold decor, or black linen with chocolate decor. Black with silver accents is also an option. Tables include a glass ashtray, as well as chargers to keep cutters and torches conveniently within reach. Your guests will enjoy complimentary chocolate mints, butterscotch, or toffee candies to inject subtle flavor bursts into each pull of their favorite cigar. Whether your attendees are novices or aficionados, they will take pleasure in the peaceful, upscale environment of a cigar lounge. Ambient lighting included.

For customers requesting high-top tables: We have black static metal-barstools at no additional cost. If the Cappuccino swivel wooden-barstools are selected for outdoor events, flooring is required and priced separately.

While we do not color-match, we have a wide assortment of linens to satisfy most branding and color scheme preferences. In select cases, and with a 30-day lead time, we are willing to order standard-color linens without additional cost.
